Kgadi Phaka Attorneys Inc. was founded in 2018 as a sole proprietor and thereafter incorporated in 2021. We are 100% black owned and level 1 B-BBEE contributor.
We are committed in bettering our youth and empowering our community by, amongst others, offering vocational work and legal education to the historically disadvantaged persons and/or communities.
Our ServicesKgadi Phaka Attorneys Inc is founded by Kgadi Lucky Phaka in 2018. Kgadi Phaka holds an LLB degree from the university of Venda. He further served articles at Makwela and Mabotja Attorneys from 2015 to 2017. He was then admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2017.
He worked as an Attorney at Makwela and Mabotja Attorneys, the University of Limpopo Law clinic and as the District conflict Co-ordinator and mediator at the 2019 and 2024 National and Provicial elections and the 2021 local elections with the Electoral Commission of South Africa.
